1. Booking and Payment:

* A non-refundable booking fee of MYR 200 is required to secure your wedding date.
* The remaining balance of the total fee is due a week prior to the wedding date.
* Payment can be made via cash or bank transfer.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

* In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
*the deposit will be exchanged for a service charge
* If you need to reschedule your wedding date, please notify us and discuss the new date with us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the new date.
* If our schedule is full on the new date chosen, we will have to decline the assignment, and only 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.

3.During the event

* The photographer will arrive 15-30 minutes before the wedding ceremony begins.
* For the wedding day, the photographer will arrive 30-15 minutes before the procession.
* The photographer is allowed to pause for Zohor and Asar prayers.
* Outdoor sessions must take place on the same day as the wedding ceremony or wedding day.
* An additional fee will be charged for outdoor sessions on a different day.
* The distance between the outdoor location and the event venue should be within a 5km radius. An additional charge will apply for distances exceeding 5km.
* The photographer is allowed to partake in the meals and refreshments provided by the host.

4. Client Cooperation:

* The client agrees to provide full cooperation during the photography session.
* Any restrictions imposed by the venue or other parties that may affect photography must be communicated in advance.

5. Deliverables and Timeline:

* All photos will undergo tone adjustment and will be delivered within 2 weeks of the event date.
* Customers are requested to select the best photos for inclusion in the album within 2 weeks after receiving the softcopy.
* Softcopy will be delivered in the form of a link, with the images stored in an online drive.
*The images in the drive must be fully downloaded within a period of 2 months. Sempoi Studio will not be responsible for customer images after the 2-month period from the delivery of the softcopy images.
* Each album in the drive is private and can only be accessed by the customer and our team.
* If the customer is unable to make photo selections within the given time, our team will select family photos for inclusion in the album.
* If the customer fails to make selections within the provided time frame, our team will select photos for inclusion in the album.
* Selected photos will be incorporated into the album's design layout.
* The design will be provided to the customer for review within one week after the selected photos are submitted to our team.
* The design layout of the album can only be modified up to 2 times within a 2-week period. An additional fee will be charged for a third modification.
* The album pickup date is within the first two weeks of each month.
* We will notify through our Instagram story or WhatsApp story when the album is ready for pickup.
* Albums can be collected at our studio (location details on our WhatsApp profile).

6. Copyright and Usage:

* The photographer retains copyright ownership of all images.
* The client is granted personal use rights for sharing, printing, and displaying the images.
* The client agrees that the photographer may use select images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the website, portfolio, and social media, unless otherwise specified in writing.

7. Model Release:

* The client grants permission for the photographer to use images for promotional purposes.
* Any objections to the use of specific images should be communicated in writing before or at the time of the event.

8. Liability and Force Majeure:

* The photographer is not liable for events beyond their control, including equipment failure, illness, injury, or natural disasters.
* In the unlikely event of a complete photographic failure, the photographer's liability is limited to a full refund of all fees paid.

9. Dispute Resolution:

* Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Malaysia

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

The photographer reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions with notice to the client.
